Baden Boerboel Breeding Stock

Well-balanced boerboels are always better breeding material than those who have major or serious defects, but also have features that are near perfect.

I have Veterinarian Certificates on the temperament and mental stability of each of my boerboels.

The Kennel Union of South Africa and all the Boerboel Associations accept a 2/2 hip as good for breeding. A 0/0 hip is perfect and a 1/1 hip is excellent.


Baden Umfaan, Baden Paulus, Baden Dokter and Baden Buddy are all males selected out of Madala, Saartjie, Talita and Emmie Tombi blood. They come out of dogs with impeccable temperaments and have absolute stable minds. Gentle and sweet with children and people and socialize well with other dogs and animals. They come out of many generations free of hip and elbow dysplasia.

These boerboels are great specimens of the boerboel that appears to feature all the best attributes of the mastiff breeds: immense power combined with great faithfulness, physical stature combined with admirable tolerance and a temperament capable
of placidity or ferocity when the family is threatened.
